A product experiment exploring how thoughtful technology can strengthen community bonds. NFC-enabled tags connect finders directly to pet owners with zero friction.

THE TENSION

Lost pet situations are emotionally charged and time-sensitive. Traditional tags require phone calls; microchips require vet visits. There's a gap between finding a pet and reuniting them.

APPROACH

Designed a frictionless experience: tap the tag, see the pet's info, contact the owner instantly. The interface prioritizes calm clarity over feature density. Every interaction is designed for someone who's probably a little stressed and wants to help.

WHAT EMERGED

A working product with organic adoption through word-of-mouth. The project demonstrated how small-scale products can embody larger principles about technology serving human connection.
